Wrap Text in Cell

1. Click the Select All Button. (AutoFit rows & columns first to size desired if select entire sheet)

2. Or Select the entire Row(s)/Column(s) want to Wrap Text specifically. **Can select multiple rows/columns at one time by holding the Ctrl button after the first selection.

3. Click Home tab, in Alignment group, click Wrap Text.

4. Data in the cell wraps to fit the column width, so if you adjust the column width, data wrapping adjusts automatically.

5. Keyboard shortcut : Click Alt + H + W (wraps text for area selected).
