QuickBooks Tips

QuickBooks Online can link any Gmail email address. By linking your business Gmail email address, you can send invoices from QuickBooks Online with the gmail address instead of the default QuickBooks email address, quickbooks@notification.intuit.com.

Send invoices from your Gmail account

1. Go to (+ New) > Invoice

2. Enter required invoice information

3. Select Send and Save

4. Send Email box will pop up giving you the opportunity to edit the default settings.

5. Within the From area, select the down arrow where the from email is located at top of page.

6. +Add Gmail address

7. Select Connect Gmail account

8. Finish setup

9. Send and close.

Add any business email to BCC invoices sent out of QBO.

1. Click the Gear icon.

2. Choose Account and Settings.

3. Go to the Sales tab.

4. Click the Messages section to expand the preferences.

5. Under Sales form, choose Invoice.

6. Enter the email in the Blind Copy (Bcc) new invoices to address field.

7. Click Save then Done.
