QBO— Essential Keyboard Shortcuts for Navigation
Are you forever mousing to left side menu — or going to the search at the top right to type in the QBO (QuickBooks Online) feature you need? I am — I can never find the “List” menu to access Classes and Products without searching for them first. Maybe you are savvier, but I suspect one or two of the below shortcuts could improve your workflow. Take a look.
We’ll use the “List” menu as an example.
- You can access by searching for List in the top right menu. And mouse down and select “All Lists”
2. Or you can click on the gear icon at top right and choose “List”
3. Or use this shortcut. CTRL + ALT + “L” and you are immediately transported to the List menu.
