Page Break Preview & Print Preview Full Screen
View/Change where Page Breaks occur in file when printing.
1. Click on View>Page Break Preview
a. While in Page Break Preview, right click and select insert page break.
i. To insert a vertical page break, select the row below where you want to insert the break.
ii. To insert a horizontal page break, select the column to the right of where you want to insert the break.
iii. May also click and drag the page break line.
2. Or Click on Page Layout>Breaks and select either to insert or remove a page break.
Print Preview Full Screen — View/make margin changes before printing to PDF
1. File>Print to see Preview window and printing options.
2. Can adjust margins, scaling, portrait to landscape and more also access page setup.
3. To view multiple tabs at one time for print preview.
a. Multiple tabs can be selected for print preview at one time by either:
i. Two or more nonadjacent sheets — Click on each tab and hold the CTRL key before File>Print.
ii. Two or more adjacent sheets — Click the tab of the first sheet and hold down the shift key and click the last sheet in range.
iii. All sheets — Right click a tab sheet and select AllSheets.
b. To view each page click on the bottom of the screen and select the arrows to scroll through selected pages.
Tip — to ungroup multiple sheet tabs — click on any unselected tab or right click a selected tab and click Ungroup Sheets.
Add Quick Access to Tool Bar — Customize your toolbar to add favorites frequently used.
Click File>Options>Quick Access Toolbar — select most used tools and add to avoid scrolling through the ribbon menu.
