Use FORMAT PAINTER to quickly copy the format/style of existing data and paste
Format Painter — Copy a format/style (font, size,etc.)
1. Single Click the Format Painter and copy the format from the cell you are sitting on. Click on the destination cell and your format has been copied.
2. Double Click the Format painter and use it as many times as you like. When you’re done press ESC.
