Copying/pasting formula using fill handle

1. Click on the cell you want to copy down.

2. Hover the cursor/mouse over the corner of cell in lower right hand corner until it becomes a +.

3. Drag the fill handle down, up or across the cells you want filled.

4. OR

5. If there is data adjacent to the column, you want to fill — Double click on fill handle when on Step 3. Once you have the + and it will automatically copy the formula down until there are no adjacent data.
